Great Plug-in, Very Impressive Support

I was looking for an easy to use, one time payment plugin for our live chat support and I came across WP Live Chat Support. It was one of those days and I took the risk and bought the full version and what can I say it was a risk that was worth taking.

The key factor besides the great features of this plugin is the customer support that has been outstanding, efficient and quick. I like the fact that the team, are open to ideas and don’t mind putting their hand up and saying “we don’t have that feature” but will look into it.

I have not yet put the plugin through crunch situations, but I am sure it will perform great.
