Updated May 18, 2020Tobias continues to impress with his support for TablePress. He has not failed one time to provide a timely response to my support requests, and he seems to always have the answer to correct my issues. Today, I submitted a support ticket and had a reply within 40 minutes. It doesn’t always happen that way given time zones, but it did today! And even when it doesn’t happen that quickly, I typically get a reply within 24 hours max. Great job, Tobias! Thank you.
Updated 10/4/17 after multiple uses of TablePress in multiple sites and after a number of support requests: TablePress is STILL a GREAT plugin and support is still outstanding. Tobias has responded to EVERY support request in a timely manner, courteously, professionally and in each case has resolved my issue or answered my questions. TablePress is my “go to” plugin for tables, and I keep learning new things about how to use it each time I venture into it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
TablePress is a great plugin that allows the site manager as well as the user flexibility in how to use it. Install is simple and it’s not at all difficult to create a table, either by entering data or uploading it from Excel, for example. Manipulating the data within the table editing interface is easy, but it’s also easy for site visitors to filter the data to find exactly what they need within the dataset. Enter a keyword and any data containing that word magically appears.
Support is great too. When I’ve had questions, I simply submitted a ticket and had an answer from Tobias himself within a day at most. In many cases, he responds within hours, although I may just have caught him at a good time.
Finally, TablePress has several extensions that allow for additional functionality. I have used only one of those, but it worked great.
TablePress is great. If you use it, at least find $5 or $10 (or more) to give this guy, as he’s done a great job. He could easily charge 10x that amount for this plugin.
