Version 5.0 is a regression

    I have used this plugin for many years, appreciating the ability to schedule backups and start jobs from a link.

    The new version (5.0) is buggy and does not allow to configure the options present in the old one, resulting in a loss of control over the activities of the plugin itself.
    The ability to activate plugins remotely has disappeared, and it’s unclear whether it still works.

    It seems to me that the transition between the old but working one and the new one was not handled correctly and has resulted in a regression so I’m currently looking for an alternative.
