    When updating to version 1.5.4, there are multiple bugs that were introduced (one of them being a new table is now used [zcf_zohocrm_moduleLists] but is not created with the update).

    Also, getting this error when creating a new Contact-Form-7 based Form mapping:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: third_duplicate in /home/chariot/public_html/wp-content/plugins/zoho-crm-forms/includes/crmcontactformfieldsmapping.php on line 234

    Please fix these bugs ASAP.

    I updated to latest version as instructed, and it’s not fetching the layout from the CRM (I cannot select a Layout when building a Contact Form 7 form mapping)

    Also, with verion 1.5.3, when successfully mapping a form, it will work for a period (around an hour) and then the form does not create the Lead (using the Lead CRM module)

    Is there some other way to get support other than through this form?

    Not sure if it’s after I updated to version 1.5.5 or if it’s after DEACTIVATING and REACTIVATING the plugin, but after a sync, the layouts are now fetched properly and I can select them when building the form mappings.

    I’ll see if the lead creation when submitting the form still fails after an hour or so (did you apply a fix for this as well?)

    As stated earlier, the form creation now works fine.

    I’ll let you know if the form stops working (not creating the lead in zoho crm) after > 1 hour as it did with version 1.5.3

    Ok, so I waited an hour and a half, and now, the form that successfully created Lead in Zoho CRM does not create the lead anymore (nothing changed).

    So I’m guessinbg the access_token does not get refreshed once it expires (or something like that).

    Can you look into this, I have content that is live on the social networks and the leads are not coming in.
