Problem in mobile devices

Hi,

The plugin was working perfectly in all devices. But suddenly it is not working properly in mobile devices. I gave 5 additional seconds, it works fine in Computer, but it doesnot not show full 5 seconds in mobile. It starts a bit late and show half of the GIF. Can you please tell whats the problem here?
