Great plugin

I would love it 5 stars but the shipping table has not been updated to reflect recent changes to USPS shipping requirements. Specifically, the removal of First Class Package and the introduction of Ground Advantage. I also cannot find the file where the shipping methods are set as it is not formatted like other shipping plugins.
