Buggy plugin, NO REFUND! buyer beware

  • I bought the Subscription Plus premium version of Popup Builder. Boy did I regret it! It simply did NOT work correctly on my site (weird display) even though the free version seemed OK. The worst thing though, is that Sygnoos simply refused to give me a refund for days, they kept me dragging for almost 2 weeks so that I would test their susccessive fixes on my website (none of which worked). In the end I said I would not test anything else until I got a refund. They still didn’t give me my money back for the useless plugin so I filed a dispute with Paypal, which ruled in my favor within a few days. Then Sygnoos contacted me to say they were sorry about the inconvenience! Never again with them. Do not buy anything from these people, just use the free version it if works.
