not authorized renewal and no support

  • I did not authorize an automatic renewal. As well last year there was no indication that there is one! No I got $ 55,20 deducted and the support is not answering!
    On the administration website there is no option to cancel an renewal. Only shows the transactions. I cancelled it via PayPal but the money obviously got deducted already.
