Great plugin and even better support

  • After testing almost every other plugin on the market, the pro version of this was the first one I found that did almost everything I wanted out of the box. When there was a minor glitch in the 1.1.6 update I contacted the support team, sent them my error logs and the problem was resolved that day. Seriously impressive.

    For a photographer looking to make large numbers of images available for purchase via their website, this is the plugin to use.

    The only fault I can find is the extremely annoying nag screen that asks you to leave a review that won’t go away even after you have left a review.

    Update Again the support is great. The glitch with the nag screen has been fixed in the latest update.

    Ah sorry to see you change your review because of the bug it appears you found. If you find anymore be sure to hit up our support so we can get it corrected.

    On a positive note we are about to push an update next week so we’ll get that fixed but also we are adding a new option when clicking the share button. Now you will also see an option called link that allows you to copy the url and when anyone clicks on it it will go to the gallery and open that specific image in the popup.

    The leave a review bug has been fixed. That was stemming from our Hide Woo Products extension not the FT Gallery plugin, so update that plugin and the message will go away ??

    I’m not using Hide Woo Products so your fix doesn’t work.
