Great plugin and fantastic helpful support

Love this plugin, is simple to add and the support from the developer was second to none so far, he went above and beyond. One update I would like though if possible in the near future is to be able to add and rename our own form fields – even if it’s in a pro version maybe. Great though and thanks again.
