Great Plugin and Great Customer Service!

First, let me say that this is one of the best and fastest caching plugins out there!

I had an issue with one of my external feeds not displaying the latest. I contacted them and they were on top of it until we could figure out what the problem was (ended up being on the external feed end) so even though the problem was not with the plugin itself, they were willing to help.
