Great plugin and great support!

  • We’ve been using SSA for about a year and have complete faith in the plugin and the SSA team. The integration with Gravity Forms is great too.
    Every question, recommendation and problem I have had has been promptly and efficiently addressed by an extremely friendly and dedicated support team. I have never been left frustrated or disappointed.
    A recent and very rare issue occurring on Safari’s mobile browser which prevented the SSA integrated Gravity Forms form from loading was diligently tackled by the SSA team and is the reason for this review. Despite it being an issue that was happening on only one device, they did not give up until everything was sorted out. I am extremely grateful for their perseverance and creativity in the face of such a rare problem.
