    I’ve been using this plugin for a couple of years now and it’s by far the best crypto payment plugin available.
    Firstly, unlike 99% of other crypto payment plugins, there are no commission fees or any extra costs per transaction. So that’s a massive plus in my book.

    The customer support/dev team (Mark and Olav) have been great and they actually care about improving the plugin.
    I found an issue with a conflicting checkout plugin on Jan 8th that was causing an error and contacted support. By Jan 10th, we’d found the issue and had a temporary solution. Just over a week later they contacted me again to let me know they had released an update for the plugin that fixed the issue.

    The thing with customer support for any plugin, is that they can only work with the information you give them, especially if you don’t give them access to your website.
    I personally don’t give support teams access to my website as I run a large ecommerce store but that meant I had to provide them with a lot of info and also do a good chunk of testing to debug the issue.
    By giving them in-depth details and information as to what was happening, they were able to replicate the issue on their end and also find out the solution.

    We strive to provide a great support experience, and it’s great to hear we’ve met the mark. As you noted, troubleshooting can be tricky with so many variables—different hosting platforms, software versions, and plugins all play a role – the list is endless.

    When possible, we request access (such as to a staging site without customer data) to minimize back-and-forth and resolve issues faster. That said, we completely understand if this isn’t an option and will always work with our customers in a way they’re comfortable with.

    We remain committed to keeping customer support in-house, as we believe it leads to better outcomes, even if it means added pressure on our small team. We love what we’ve built and value the personal touch that comes with direct support.

    Looking ahead, we’re excited about future improvements. Our goal is to make accepting cryptocurrencies as simple as possible, ensuring payments go directly to your chosen wallet.

    You’re bang on and I recommend most people should give access if they don’t have the tech knowledge to be able to troubleshoot issues the way your team and myself did together!
