    A few days ago, after a recent update, the automations on orders with product variations stopped working. I contacted the support in a bit of a panic because we’re relying on these automations to send journey emails to event attendees. The support team started investigating right away and had it fixed by the time I got back to work Monday morning. I highly recommend this plugin, not just due to the great features but also because of the reliable support.
