Great plugin and support

We tested several knowledge base plugins and really like how we could create multiple knowledge bases in the same website with this plugin. Another good feature with this plugin is that there is a setting when you search a knowledge base you can search just in that knowledge base for articles. In a few plugins we tested the search would return results in all knowledge bases which is what we didn’t want since we wanted to keep articles in the search just to the one knowledge base we are searching. We submitted a question to support and they provided us a solution to our problem. Overall we are very happy with the plugin and support.
