Great plugin and support

  • Our setup was a bit complex. We had to merge reviews from two different shops in our new installation and needed help from the support. The guys always answered super fast and were very helpful.

    For everyone who is also coming from Shopify, it might be good to know, that Shopify accounts at Judge.me are separated from Woocommerce – you have to setup a new account.

    First I thought we have to subscribe to a premium plan again, but the woocommerce plugin offers similar features as the Shopify “awesome” plan (15$/month) for free. (I couldn’t find the information on their website)

    Once you’ve setup the account, it’s very easy to import the existing reviews. We exported the shopify reviews and just had to update the product ids in the csv file before importing.
