• I have purchased this plugin only for the social login feature, nothing else. From day one I had issues with the plugin. A ticket was opened and the support team tried to fix the issue but each time I encounter a new problem. I have lost my trust to the plugin when I see database errors are popping up and decided to uninstall the plugin. to my surprise, when I asked for refund and they claimed that the plugin is working fine and they won’t proceed with the refund.
Despite the exchange of more than 20 emails in the period of 2 weeks and providing the errors attached to the emails, MiniOrange chooses to ignore my further communications and is refusing the refund. I believe building a relationship with your customer is the key to success and if you compare the MiniOrange refund policy with other companies like Yith, you will see that MiniOrange cares more about collecting money rather than customer satisfaction. Maybe other MiniOrange plugins are working fine but based on their belief, I won’t trust this company.

    Thanks for the review ??

I had the same issue, the plug in didn’t work at all and I have to spend hours and hours time which I don’t have to contact their support to make their stupid plugin to work, and if works. So disappointed, they do not seem to be an honest company and all they care is to collect money and run. All customers have to be aware, there are many other companies and almost all of them give you 3 days refund NO QUESTION ASKED. Do not trust these people or waste you money and time, try others with much better service and RISK FREE such as YITH or Nextend or any other but not these people. Please read all the negative feedback before you waste time and money.
