Comment Box Disappearing

    Hello all,

    The comment box on the bottom of a few of our pages are disappearing. Has been happening off and on since ver. 2.9.1. Nothing has changed on site – no new plug-ins, theme etc. Our solution has been to create a new page and move the comments over. I have gone thru the forum and none of the situations match ours. This is very frustrating for both ourselves and our members. Thoughts?

    p.s. we also run Wishlist Member

  • Have you checked your Settings Discussion and see if it is set up so that comments go away after some time.

    Hi govpatel – I should have mentioned that. Yes, we have that feature turned off. It is strange that it happens on this site only, not any of the other sites we run which are set-up virtually identical.
