This plugin is amazing for a free weight based plug in, and the customer support is great – including quick answers (in my case even at the weekend) of exactly how to set up a particular scenario, or an honest recommendation of whether an upgrade is necessary. However if you want maximum flexibility to cover any scenario you can think of, get their Tree Table Rate plugin – best priced for the extended scenarios it can cover.
