great plugin, but have one issue

hello.

I am using this plugin on numerous sites and it is essential one. but, since I am having issues right now on one site:

noticed long time ago for the first time but wanted to share that when server experienced outage or, like now, hosting company moved all services to another ip, if enabled before migration, or some server problems, I cant find a way to enable it for real. it says enabled, but no post is published. i tried to disable/enable delete and update but I never found a fix for it.

notice that time to check is 9 minutes in the past.
