Great plugin but having problems with slack integration

This is a great plugin.

Yesterday I was able to setup the integration, and when someone writes in a livechat in my site, I receive a notification in the slack channel I selected; but when I try to answer from within slack, the text is not being displayed in the livechat widget ??

The weird thing is that it worked for a couple hours and suddenly, the widget living on my wordpress site stopped receiving the messages from slack. If I answer from the hubspot website, I can see the replies in the widget, so the only problem is from slack to livechat widget.
