Great Plugin but Outdated – Support the Author

I really like this plugin and see that over 20k people have installed this. There has been no activity for about 7 months. I have to believe this is because there have be very minimal Donation activity. Considering the number of people that have loaded this plugin donations of $5 or less could inspire the author to continue to develop and support this plugin. This minimal amount would help the author but not be to much for the users. Any other comments?
