Great plugin but please clarify

I have installed and configured this plugin and I am having issue with the Job Board > Settings > Application Form Fields. I have them set up as follows:
- First Name Text Field Required Delete
- Last Name Text Field Required Delete
- Email Email Required Delete
- Phone Number Phone Required Delete
- ZIP Text Field Required Delete
- Availability Radio Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday Required Delete
But they do not appear within any of my listings when viewing them on the front-end and they do not appear as default options while updating the job listing.
What is this setting for and how can I use it? I would rather not have to create the form for each job listing and just use one generic/default form for all jobs.
