Great plugin, but support isn’t great

  • Great plugin. I bought the pro version. But earlier I had bought the other radio player plugin. Unfortunately no response to the request for a refund. The policy is not to give money back for cold feed buyers, but in my case, I made the wrong choice. Unfortunately no response to my emails. I hate to be ignored.
