• I tested many link directory / library plugins and found this one to be the easiest to manage, use and implement into my site in the specific manner which I wanted to do so.

Was disappointed with the developer’s lack of response to a support issue. The search function wasn’t working as it should and after posting in the support forum the developer never responded over the course of 5 months outside of posting a note that I shouldn’t “bump” a support issue by posting a follow up wondering if he had even read it as well as selectively deleting some of my posts in the forum. He seemed to pay more attention to moderating me than actually acknowledging there was an issue. Kind of surprising since the plugin was frequently updated. Would gladly have made a donation (and even stated so) to support the work on this plugin and my specific issue. Not even an acknowledgement of this.

Would have given this plugin a “Great” otherwise.

plugin authors do not have the ability to moderate posts by others. If your posts were moderated by a moderator, it was because bumping is not permitted on these forums. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#No_Bumping

One post was indeed an attempt to bump but others were legitimate attempts to follow up with additional info provided. Regardless, perhaps you’re right there. Still not ever receiving an acknowledgement of the question (let along a suggestion, workaround, etc…) was disappointing.
