• First, I cannot stress enough how great their customer support is.

    This plugin was installed by our web developer. Once the site was up and running, it was my responsibility (marketing!) to maintain and adjust the site and plugins. Formilla Live Chat has been a piece of cake.

    If I have a concern or an idea, I send an email and get a response within minutes. The new Most Active Visitor function is awesome. Now I see who’s online, if they’re a new or returning visitor, and the page they’re visiting. I can initiate a chat too.

    We started out with the free chat option and upgraded to Premium a few months ago. We have no issue with the monthly fee for our premium account. It’s worth it to be able to share the responsibility with a few other people within our organization and have the added benefits of customization and the other new functions.
