Great plugin, excellent support

I purchased the multiuser version to manage tens of users and dozen of resources, a very complex job.
The plugin is full of advanced features to fit various need.
My particular mention is for very, very kind people working at the support service. This guys are always incredibly helpful with their very quick, precise and open-minded suggestion and solutions.
With a complex plugin like that, the support side is an essential part of the job. I did tons of questions and requests of explication, and they are been always kind and professional and patient.
Without their precious help, my work would be impossible to carry on in the right way to provide the best results and find out all the capabilities of the system.
They also always take care to all aspects of your requests that could represent some feature’s improvement in next releases.
