Great plugin, fantastic support!

We use this plugin to allow students to schedule specific time slots during faculty’s regular office hours. The way the plugin is structured, allowing us to specify locations (faculty offices), services (office hours), and “workers” (faculty), makes it easy to represent the resources we actually have. Then creating “connections”, which can recur on specific days of the week, with a configurable duration of time slot, makes it super-easy to specify each faculty’s specific office hour schedule. The plugin is just what we needed.

The support is fantastic! Because we are a university, we are not just morally obliged to make our web content and functionality accessible to disabled users, we are legally required to do so. One aspect of the plugin was completely inaccessible to keyboard navigation and screen-reader technology, making it impossible for users using those assistive technologies to actually schedule appointments. I reported the problem, and within 2 hours a fix was available. Awesome!

This well-architected, highly useful plugin, and the support couldn’t be better.
