great plugin for basic features

Love the plugin for it’s simplicity, compared to free versions of commercial services. Make sense if the free version if limited in features, but one feature is essential which should be included in both free/paid version is Sound for Notifications. Notification popup appear and then quickly fade away and we can easily miss it. What’s the use of live chat if we can’t notice an incoming chat. Include it in future updates please, Thanks
