Great plugin for Charities with 1st class support

We have been using this plugin on our website for our small animal charity for several years now and it is a great tool. Very flexible, lots of options, great value for money. Probably the best recommendation I can give is that our donations increased 5 fold after installing Charitable – people like online activities to be easy and the plugin in does that for charity donations.
On the odd occasion we have had tech issues with it, the service has been prompt, friendly and effective. This includes helping me, as a none techy person, to solve an issue that wasn’t the plugin, but was affecting its operation and stopping donations being made.
I cannot recommend Charitable highly enough, worth every penny and then some!
