Ideally, if you could you setup an abandoned cart link and submit to us? We’d like to view the behavior the customer experiences. Let us also know the offline store hours, so we can test in that specific window.
In addition, if you could also share what product or plugin you are using for the abandoned cart functionality and theme you use. We suspect the abandoned cart link is creating a unique workflow, not using standard WooCommerce checkout process, so we’d need to understand this specific workflow to develop a solution to block those orders outside store hours for your use.
