A shame I have to leave this plugin

I am going to leave my previous review at the bottom, but I had to leave this plugin behind which is very unfortunate.
Anasta used to function with filter presets, and that worked great, it will still work if you put one in the database. But only somewhat! They changed it so that you can only have multiple filter presets if you have the premium version. Ok, no problem, they gotta make money.
The whole problem is, that instead of limiting it to one product filter preset, keeping their code clean without redundancy, you now have to customize it in customizr as well.
The biggest problem though, is that my client who uses this plugin, had products not showing up in her shop, which caused my client to lose revenue.
Maybe they’ll be able to help me, who knows. But I don’t trust the decision making in this plugin from the development team, it ignores good coding practice that I was had a grasp of before I started my computer science education and that we learned in our first semester. So that’s why I have to leave this plugin behind.

Great plugin, easy to use, amazing support! Wanted to report some undesired functionality I experienced with my shop and got a top tier response from the support team offering me an explanation and a solution. The undesired functionality is desired by most users though :).
