Great plugin + great support (lately)

  • Been a customer for 2 years with OptinMonster, and I’ll tell you why I’m happy we went with them.

    The app works, and works well. Unlike other apps, OM is cloud-based, which means you simply install a script and it starts working. And the script can be installed anywhere, not just WordPress.

    Their support a year or more ago was lacklustre where they try to refer you to a knowledgebase article. But I have noticed that lately, the support has gotten faster, and better. Names like Kevin come to mind for such awesome support.

    Now, this plugin the easiest plugin for us to publish the Optins into WordPress and there’s nothing to complain about the plugin. Installation & integration was seamless.

    All in all, OptinMonster is great.
    Why we stay with them is they’re starting to launch more features too.
