• Great Plugin. Great support.

(Update) The plugin works perfectly. variable products and simple working are tracked with no problem. Amazing plugin.

(Update) Trying to figure out this with the author in this thread (13602522)

However, when you add to the cart a product variation, the plugin does not track the variation ID as added to the cart, instead, it shows the same ID as the parent product as added to the cart.

    Must be fixed

    Hi Carlos,

Open the plugin’s WooCommerce tab and look for a section called “Facebook ID setting”. There is an option to “Treat variable products like simple products”. It’s probably ON on your website. Turn it OFF, and save.

This controls what IDs are used for variations. When it’s ON, we send the parent product ID and send content_type product. When it’s OFF, we send the variation’s ID and content_type product group.

By the way, when in doubt, you should post questions on our support forum.

    Hi @pixelyoursite

Thanks for your update on this thread.

I think that exactly the problem. The client’s websites do not have that option in the WooCommerce tab.
After read your comment I tried unistalling the plugin and installing it again and the trick didn’t work.

Any other way to fix this?

    Thanks so much
