    I hope you continue to use the plugin – I’ve made some major enhancements – now I have the functionality of page-edit-toolbar included, fixed a bug in the original code from page-edit-toolbar and this allows me to have both page + posts accessible with the left-menu minimized.

    This is especially useful when working on sites from an iPad or other table/device with reduced screen real-estate.
