Great plugin, looking forward to more features

I wanted to show my support by leaving a review because this is definitely one of the better GDPR plugins I have tested.

I have run into some issues, but they are understandable.

The first is that not all user data is downloaded, which isn’t the fault of the plugin but is possibly confusing and means that a site is not still GDPR compliant. The export of data doesn’t include data gathered by other plugins, for example.

Secondly, from testing with my own email addresses, sometimes the data request emails do not arrive to neither admin nor user. Again, this isn’t the fault of the plugin — I suspect it’s where emails sent via WordPress are blocked by admin emails — but again it can mean the site isn’t GDPR compliant if the emails aren’t arriving. The solution seems to be to either use your own form capture such as Wufoo to receive data download / deletion requests, or to send admin emails using a service such as Mailgun instead of WordPress.
