Great plugin (premium version), introduction of fees means uninstalling.

  • The premium version is great, well made and functional. But, the introduction of fees for premium users (0.79% of transaction value) on top of the monthly subscription charge makes it expensive and uncompetitive compared to other premium plugins.

    Will uninstall and move to cartflows once this paid month is over.

    I would recommend removing this fee, or at least reducing it and providing an option within the plugin to have fees charged to the seller and not the buyer. Most customers don’t like to see ‘hidden’ charges at checkout.

    We dont charge the 0.79% fees to you but rather from your customers when they checkout. As you can understand we are trying to provide a service and lot if the features we offer are not available that other providers offer.
