    No issues at all with the Service. We are only using it for Cart Abandonment as of now.

    As far as Customer Service, Ryan is great. He is only 1 person & I’m sure he does the best he can.

    The only issue is the 1 Reply Per 24 hours thing. For the most part that is what I experienced, with some exceptions. This is generally common with companies that have different Time Zones, so I found it strange that it happened with Jilt / SkyVerge as well. This makes it incredibly hard and time consuming to get answers or a solution. It can cause a small issue to be drawn out over multiple days. Again, Ryan is great and always answers the questions. But it’s frustrating nevertheless.
