great plugin, simply works

Great plugin, it simply works. But now I have some problems with https. Author please use https safe URI in custom-buttons.js like //www.linkedin.com/countserv/count/share?url={url} , otherwise you ruin https support.
Also seems that http and https counters are separated, I will try to fix this problem myself.
