Great Plugin, Terrible Support

Tried reporting a bug with the posts widget that is creating a grey block under every picture every second load of each page.

The ticket got bounced to a different support staff who don’t even read the ticket and suggest low effort fixes instead of passing on the issue to be fixed even after they were able to replicate it.

So far spoken with both Mansoor and Alba. Really disappointed that it’s taken them a week to load the page, refresh the page and reply with a low effort copy paste reply.
