Great plugin two suggestions

  • This plugin is absolutely awesome and I will review it on a couple of blogs. Thank you for creating it!

    However If I may suggest 2 things that might make it even better:

    1. I noticed that the button fails to display on pages/posts that have been created using SiteOrigin Page Builder. A support for this would be great. This does not apply for the shortcode usage.

    2. The shortcode [fbs] should be able to work even without the need to provide a link. For example [fbs size=”large”] should result in a large button with the link for the current post/page. So far this is not working.

    Addressing your questions

    1— I have never used any page builders whatsoever. I wonder why they always end up disturbing other plugins. If I were to guess, the devs for such builders might not be using standard WP practices, which is why this happens.

    2— That’s a good suggestion and it’s already a part of my todo list. I will work on it in the next version.
