Great plugin until hosting servers crash, then, websites database is wiped out

I’ve installed Wordfence on several sites that I have created. Loved the scan and security factors. Unfortynately for me, this past thursday, Sept 5, my hosting providers server has crashed. When it came back up all my sites that did not have wordfence added were ok and back online.

Unfortunately, the ones that had wordfence, were wiped out of all database information. Unfortunately for me, again, some of those site I did not have backups to.

Lesson learned
