  • I think the point is more to display your own recipes, a lot of recipe builders support exporting in xml. I use beersmith for example.

    @gitarwmn yeah, I primarily made this plugin to allow authors to share their homebrew recipes on their blogs. I know the folks over at https://brulosophy.com/ do a good job of sharing their recipes (they use the BeerXML Shortcode too), so that’s a great place to check. Also, I typically post recipes on my own site too: https://www.fivebladesbrewing.com/homebrew-recipes/.

    Ok, thanks. I finally figured out how this works. Looks like beer target works well with this too. Input the recipe, save it, then it exports to xml. And its free. I’ll have to check out beer smiths app too. I see there is a trial version of it. I’m super impressed with beer target so far.

    Beersmith looks a bit nicer. Some functionality wasn’t working with Beer Target. Beersmith is also actively developed. Doesn’t look like Beer Target has had an update for a while.
