Great plugin with excellent support

I have been using Formidable Forms for over 5 years now. I started using it because of its versability and since then it only became better. In addition to the standard contact and support forms, I also use it to create forms which contains calculations, create and send order forms as PDF to customers, streamline procedures to deliver software products etc.
Sometimes I get stuck, but when I reached out to support, their responses have always been excellent and helpful.
