Great plugin with great support

Even if for my usecase some things are missing at the moment (a shortcode for average score would be great), I finally found the perfect plug-in to present my testimonials/reviews.
The author of the plugin is quick to answer support-questions, of course some more options (replace the stars with personalized images a.e.) would be great, but as is, I couldn’t find something better.
