Great Plugin with Greater Support

The plugin sold itself for what it offered and at the time of purchase, support was not a bother as it is very rare to actually find a developer that adheres to this promise.

I found myself needing assistance one more than ten occasions since purchasing the upsell a couple months ago and I must commend the support, respect and patience that I have received.

I am able to freely highlight several areas for improvements and suggest additional features for their plugins and following all discussions, the developer would respond with the addition / tweak in the next update which happens every couple weeks.

This is something you won’t find with most developers that stand way to firmly by their product and choose not to listen to their users. For this, I salute you.
