Great potential, but campaigns are terrible

  • Jetpack CRM is a nice tool in many ways. It integrates well with WooCommerce, and handles all of the basics. However, one of the most essential elements of a CRM – email – is straight from the ‘00s. It’s unusable, and has seen very little development in several years.

    You can’t have a good CRM without great email IMO

    Our developers are working hard to launch a new integrated Emails system in the plugin soon. If there’s anything specific and vital you want to see implemented in the system asap, please share away!

    Meanwhile, we hope you’re still using Jetpack CRM despite the emails feature gap.
