• We love the idea of this integration but still experienced quite a few duplicate orders and customers having issues completing checkout without much of an error to tell us what is wrong. We also had problems issuing refunds to customers, having to send them payments directly through Paypal instead. It also messed up the analytics in Woocommerce. I will check back in a few months because I have high hopes for this.

    Hi @clonemykey,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I’m sorry to hear you experienced some strange behaviour when using the WooCommerce Payments plugin.

Looking at your www.ads-software.com forum history I don’t see any support requests that you opened on the WooCommerce Payments Support Forum requesting some assistance with this?

If you had opened a support request one of our team members would have been happy to assist and help take a look at the behaviour you experienced. If you still require assistance with WooCommerce Payments you can also contact our support team via a support ticket from this page of WooCommerce.com.

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

The WooCommerce.com support team will be happy to take a closer look for you as what you’ve described is not something I can personally replicate on my own installations when testing with WooCommerce Payments for us today.

    I hope this helps.
