Great Presales and Aftersales Support

  • The presales support of rtmedia was excellent and helped me decide to get the complete bundle of add-ons over single versions. And I had a LOT of questions! Then I made and error using a wrong coupon. But this wasn’t a problem. The support told me what to do and I received the payment back immediately. Great service. Looking forward to work with rtmedia products on my buddypress site in the future.

    Actually I am a happy customer of the complete rtmedia Pro bundle. The software is powerful and the support extremly fast, capable, friendly and helpful. All my first round of question could be solved. I will have some more and I am looking forward to get them solve too, for sure.
