Great Pro customer support.

When I was researching different plugins for use with forms and PayPal, by using the Live demo site where I was able to try all the features of the Pro version I found that this Plugin could do all my client wanted, except I need a extra Thank you page. I contacted the developer and they were able to add this feature to my Pro version, and so Now my client is very Happy.
